This ThinkStation P620 is driven by a 4.1 GHz AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5945WX 12-Core processor and 32GB of 3200 MHz DDR4 ECC Registered RAM. The memory comes in a 2 x 16GB configuration and can be upgraded to 1TB by using a 128GB module in each of the eight 288-pin DIMM slots.

For storage of your files, the 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD offers quick access to your data. For additional internal storage, there is an extra M.2 PCIe 4.0 slot, plus two 3.5″ drive bays. If you want to add external storage drives or other peripherals, the ThinkStation P620 features two 10 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, plus six 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one of which is always on and supports fast charging, two 480 Mb/s USB-A 2.0 ports, 2 PS/2 ports, and 3.5mm input, output, and combo jacks. The dedicated NVIDIA T400 graphics card has 4GB of GDDR6 RAM, delivers a sharp, clear picture, and features three mini DisplayPort 1.4 outputs which support a maximum resolution of 5120 x 2280 @ 60 Hz. Network connectivity is achieved using an integrated 10 Gigabit Ethernet port and content from memory cards can be downloaded using an integrated 15-in-1 card reader.

The ThinkStation P620 Tower Workstation includes a USB keyboard, a USB mouse, and a power cord. It runs using a 1000W power supply and the installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro (64-bit). Protection is provided by a limited 3-year onsite warranty with a free 3-year Premiere Support upgrade.
