PURCHASE AGREEMENT

I agree to all terms and conditions stated in this contract, and hold complete responsibility for reading the entire agreement and checking merchandise prior to leaving the store.

Warranty:

Mac Star Cameras offers 180-day warranty on all merchandise unless otherwise stated and noted in this contract by Mac Star Cameras.

Pre-Owned

A warranty Seal is implemented on the inside of each pre-owned computer, for every warranty claim the warranty label seal(s) must be intact for any warranty to be effective. You will have 180 days of limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects. Damages such as scratches, broken screens, dents, or any other external factors will not be covered under warranty from Mac Star Cameras. You may purchase additional warranty from our partners at CPS warranty for accidental damage warranty on our pre-owned and new products. A sales rep from Mac Star Cameras will be able to process orders for accidental warranty from CPS within 1 Day of your purchase date of your item. You will not be able to purchase any warranty after 1 calendar day from the date of purchase of your item.

New items

We mostly sell new items. Products that do not have a condition variation on the product page can be assumed the item is new. Pre-owned items will be stated on product page under “condition” variation label “pre-owned” or in the title itself. New items come with the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. Mac Star does not repair any products at any of our locations. To exercise your warranty, you must contact the manufacturer and follow their process to open a claim for your product.

One or more of the following conditions will completely void offered warranty on computers (purchased or repaired by Mac Star Cameras)

• Removing any warranty seal.
• Work or modifications done to the product(s) by anyone other than Mac Star Cameras staff.
• If the product(s) has been opened for any reason.
• Any physical of liquid damage.
• You (purchaser) do not have your ORIGINAL signed receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

Please remember to keep your receipt.

At Mac Star Cameras all sales are final. No returns or refunds.

We offer 7 days exchange only. Restocking fees may apply. 15%

• Must have original receipt.
• Must be in original condition.
• Must have warranty seals intact.

Please note we do not exchange financed devices, machines, or accessories. All finance sales are Final!

FINANCE:

I acknowledge that Mac Star Cameras uses third party finance companies to process loans. I have read and agree to all terms and conditions of the loan contract, and if I have any further questions or concerns about the finance charges or payments after purchase, I will contact the finance company directly at the phone number provided. I do not hold Mac Star Cameras liable for any additional fees added by the finance company.

I understand that my transaction may not be completed if I do not send a copy of my ID, A picture of myself (Selfie) holding my id, and any necessary forms requested Mac Star Cameras.  Additional Contracts must be signed before we can move forward with financed transactions.  Please contact us if you have any questions at 951.336.1293, or via live chat online.

USED PRODUCTS:

We sell mainly new products; on some occasions, we do offer used products. If a used product is available there will be a selection titled “Condition” on the product page of the item. You may select pre-owned to purchase the used product. All used products come with 6-month warranty by Mac Star Cameras. If an item does not show a “condtion” variation, the item is only currently available in new condition.

By applying for a payment plan or attempting to check out on our website, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your checkout, application status—whether completed or not—and related updates. These messages will not be used for marketing purposes and will only pertain to your inquiries or those we may have regarding your application(s) and/or order status.
