RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY — Mac Star Cameras & Electronics

At Mac Star Cameras & Electronics, all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated below. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. GENERAL SALES POLICY
- All sales are final
- No refunds or returns of any kind are offered unless required by the payment provider (see Klarna section below)
- Special Orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Affirm fees are non-refundable
2. STANDARD POLICY (NON-KLARNA PURCHASES)
No Returns Accepted
For purchases made using credit card, debit card, PayPal, Affirm, or any non-Klarna payment method:
- No returns
- No refunds
- No store credit
- No exceptions
7-Day Exchange Policy (Eligible Items Only)
Exchanges may be approved within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase under the following conditions:
- Exchange only (no refunds)
- Original receipt is required
- Item must be unused, in original packaging
- Item must be in original condition
- All warranty seals must be intact
- A 15% restocking fee applies
- Customer is responsible for shipping both ways unless the item arrived defective or incorrect
3. EXCHANGE EXCLUSIONS (NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS)
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, even within the 7-day window:
- Drones
- Lights
- Backdrop paper
- Batteries
- Chargers
- Gimbals
- Microphones
- Headphones
- Opened electronics
- Software or digital goods
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Items showing signs of use, activation, or wear
- Items damaged by the customer
4. KLARNA-SPECIFIC RETURN POLICY
Orders placed using Klarna are subject to Klarna’s legally required return process.
Klarna Customers May:
- Return items within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
- No restocking fees
- No exchanges or store credit — refunds only
- Refunds processed within 14 business days after inspection
- Klarna will update your payment plan once the refund is issued

5. WARRANTY SUPPORT
Manufacturer warranties may apply depending on the brand (Apple, Canon, Sony, etc.).
All warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in writing by Mac Star Cameras & Electronics.
