It can internally record 7K 60p 12-bit Canon RAW Light, or output 7K 30p ProRes RAW to an external recorder. For maximum sharpness, 4K FINE mode oversamples from 7K to deliver exceptionally detailed DCI and UHD 4K imagery.
Creators working across multiple aspect ratios will benefit from Open Gate 3:2 capture at 7K, which allows easy cropping for vertical, square, or custom formats—ideal for social media and mixed-platform delivery.
