DJI RC Pro 2 Remote Controller Overview
Bright 7″ Mini-LED Display
Designed for precise aerial capture, the DJI RC Pro 2 Remote Controller features a built-in 7″ Mini-LED display with 1920 x 1200 resolution, 10-bit color, HDR contrast, and 98% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. It supports D-Log, D-Log M, and HLG video with assistive display functions, helping you accurately monitor footage while flying. The display lifts into position on an integrated stand and can rotate for vertical video capture.
Automatic Operation
Raising the display automatically powers on the RC Pro 2 while the dual thumb sticks rise into place. Lowering the display folds the sticks down and places the controller into low-power sleep mode, making it quick to start flying and return to standby.
O4+ Transmission and Vertical Video
Multibeam high-gain antennas provide up to 18.6 miles of transmission range when used with compatible drones and O4+ transmission. With compatible models such as the Mavic 4 Pro and Mini 4 Pro, rotating the display into portrait mode synchronizes with the drone’s gimbal, allowing you to capture vertical footage while viewing the correct aspect ratio on the controller.
Dynamic Home Point and Flight Simulator
When flying from a moving vehicle, Dynamic Home Point continuously updates the return-to-home location in real time. A built-in flight simulator also provides a way to practice flying without launching a drone, replicating real-world flight conditions, interface controls, dynamic objects, and transmission interference.
Built-In Storage and Connectivity
The RC Pro 2 includes 128GB of built-in storage, Wi-Fi 6 support, GPS, BeiDou, and Galileo GNSS, along with a microSD card slot supporting cards up to 64GB. A built-in microphone allows audio recording, while HDMI video-only output supports an optional external monitor. A control dial and five-dimensional buttons provide convenient operation, including while wearing gloves. The controller also supports third-party apps for livestreaming and quick editing and provides up to 4 hours of battery life.
