The a7 V is the first Sony camera to feature a 33MP partially stacked sensor, providing faster readout speeds than the a7 IV, reduced rolling shutter, and improved image quality with up to 16 stops of dynamic range. The sensor offers a native ISO 100–51,200 range and supports a 1/16,000-sec electronic shutter for freezing fast action.
