The Ray 360c produces up to 17,130 lux at 3.3′ and 4300K as a bare fixture, increasing to an impressive 45,000 lux when paired with the included reflector. This powerful output provides ample illumination for interviews, commercial productions, portrait sessions, and creative video projects.
Powered by amaran’s OmniColor light engine, the fixture offers a standard color temperature range of 2300 to 10,000K, which expands to an extensive 1800 to 20,000K range in CCT+ mode. Full HSI and RGB control provide access to millions of color combinations, while green-magenta adjustment enables precise color matching with other lighting sources. High color accuracy ratings of CRI 95, TLCI 95, SSI 80/87, and TM-30 94/100 ensure natural skin tones, accurate color reproduction, and consistent results for both photo and video applications.

The Ray 360c offers complete creative flexibility with 0 to 100% stepless dimming and 360° color control. Twelve built-in lighting effects—including Lightning, Fireworks, Fire, TV, Welding, Paparazzi, Cop Car, Party, Explosion, Faulty Bulb, Strobe, and Pulsing—allow users to quickly simulate realistic lighting scenarios without additional accessories.
Control is designed to be fast and intuitive through a bright TFT display and amaran’s responsive FlowTurn control knob. Quick Operation mode provides instant access to frequently used settings, while customizable shortcuts help streamline workflow during demanding productions.
Built-in NFC allows one-tap pairing with the amaran mobile app, enabling wireless Bluetooth control from up to 262.5′ away. Through the app, users can remotely adjust settings, organize multiple fixtures, and manage complex lighting setups directly from a mobile device.

Bowens Mount Compatibility
The Ray 360c features a full-size metal Bowens mount, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of industry-standard modifiers. The included reflector maximizes light output, while optional accessories such as Fresnel lenses, softboxes, lanterns, and beauty dishes provide additional creative control over light shaping.
An integrated metal tilting bracket with a standard 5/8″ receiver enables quick mounting on compatible light stands and grip equipment. Additional conveniences such as a built-in umbrella holder and safety chain bracket further enhance the fixture’s versatility and reliability for professional lighting applications.
